1. Do you charge for delivery?
No, delivery is completely free on Order Above 2000 across Pakistan. We believe in transparent
pricing—there are no extra delivery fees at checkout
2. How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are usually delivered within 6 to 7 working days. Since many of our items are
handcrafted or made to order, we take a little extra time to ensure top-notch quality.
3. Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes before your order is confirmed by our team. Once confirmed and
processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
4. What payment options are available?
We offer multiple secure payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Easypaisa
JazzCash
Choose what works best for you at checkout or after order confirmation.
5. Are all products eligible for Cash on Delivery?
Most products are available on COD. However, for custom-made or personalized items, we
require a partial advance payment to begin production.
6. How do I make an advance payment for a custom order?
Once you place a custom order, our representative will contact you to confirm the details and
provide payment instructions via your preferred method (Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash).
7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons like change of mind. However, if there’s a
genuine issue such as a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll resolve it promptly.
8. What if I receive a damaged or broken item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and share:
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Your order details
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
9. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If you received something you didn’t order, simply WhatsApp us a photo of the product along
with your order number. We’ll dispatch the correct item and arrange pickup of the wrong one—
free of charge.
