shopping experience for every customer. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your
purchase, we’re here to assist with our refund process.

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
 The product received is not as described
 You received a damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours)
 You are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it
Refund Request Window
 For damaged or incorrect items: Report within 24 hours of delivery
 For change of mind or dislike of product: Request refund within 3 days of delivery
Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
 The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
 A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Refund Amount
 If the item was damaged or incorrect, you’ll receive a full refund
 If the refund is requested due to change of mind or dislike, you’ll receive a 60% refund
of the total order amount
(This helps cover our handling and production costs)
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
 Items returned after the refund window (3 days for general refunds)
 Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
 Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items

 Items bought on sale or clearance
