Refund Policy
At Decormaster.pk, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure a satisfying
shopping experience for every customer. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your
purchase, we’re here to assist with our refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The product received is not as described
You received a damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours)
You are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it
Refund Request Window
For damaged or incorrect items: Report within 24 hours of delivery
For change of mind or dislike of product: Request refund within 3 days of delivery
Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Refund Amount
If the item was damaged or incorrect, you’ll receive a full refund
If the refund is requested due to change of mind or dislike, you’ll receive a 60% refund
of the total order amount
(This helps cover our handling and production costs)
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Items returned after the refund window (3 days for general refunds)
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items
Items bought on sale or clearance
