Replacement Policy
We take great care in quality-checking all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)
Defective or incomplete
You may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
Conditions for Replacement
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags and packaging
intact).
Proof of issue is required (images or videos of the item and packaging).
The replacement process starts once our team has verified the issue.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not offer replacement for:
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Customized or made-to-order products
Sale or clearance items unless faulty
Requests made after the 24-hour window
Replacement Process
Contact us at support@decormaster.pk or WhatsApp with your order number and complaint.
Provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
Our team will verify and approve the replacement (within 24–48 hours).
A pickup or exchange will be arranged based on your location.
Order Cancellation
Policy Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment dispatch.
Once the order is confirmed via phone or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
